Turnaround Times
Standard turnaround time is 5 to 7 business days based upon receipt of all information necessary to properly process and analyze the sample(s). By prior arrangement, Capco will be pleased to receive your samples after 4:00p.m. or on weekends and will be "logged in" as if received the next business day. Following are the turnaround times and surcharges:

Rush services capacity is limited. Please contact Client Services prior to sample shipment. Verbal or faxed results are available by 5:00 p.m. on the project due date. Hard copy reports will be mailed the next business day.
